Train like a pro at the state-of-the-art indoor nets at the Junction Oval in St Kilda. The weather-proof, elite training environment ensures your son gets consistent, high-quality development every single week. With a maximum of 6 players to a net, players will get opportunity to bat and bowl as well as individual breakout sessions in the Hitz cricket simulator over the course of the program. All players will receive slow-motion video analysis of both their batting and bowling plus Full Track AI bowling analysis and statistics.

Details

As junior cricketers transition into higher grades, mastering the fundamentals and developing a deeper understanding of the game is crucial. This program is specifically designed to help 12-14 year-olds refine their technique, build match confidence, and handle the faster pace of U14 SECA and U15 ISEC cricket.

ISEC (Inner South East Cricket)
Players shall be under fifteen (15) years of age for ISEC Under 15 sections as at the 1st of September 2026.

SECA
Players shall be under fourteen (14) years of age for SECA Under 14 sections as at the 1st of September 2026.

What to Expect:

  • High Coach to Player ratios
    No babysitting here! Our high performance programs focus on developing players in a professional environment with quality batting time and a dedicated coach per lane.
  • Slow Motion Video Analysis
    Batting and bowling technique will be captured with slow-motion cameras so players can see themselves in action, review technique and note areas or improvement.
  • HiTZ Simulator
    We will rotate players through the co-located HiTZ simulator at the Junction Oval to experience virtual bowling simulation. All sessions are captured on video as part of our video analysis.
  • Advanced Skill Refinement: Moving beyond the basics. We focus on advanced shot selection, playing spin and pace, and bowling with consistent line, length and variations.
  • Tactical Match Awareness: Developing "cricket IQ." Coaches will guide players through match-simulation net sessions, focusing on strike rotation and adapting to different game scenarios.
  • Expert Coaching: Led by experienced coaches and player mentors with a proven track record, our programs aim to develop players in a fun and professional environment.

What to Bring:
Players must bring their complete personal cricket kit, including bat, pads, gloves, helmet, thigh pad and a protector box. Please wear comfortable training attire and indoor sports shoes and bring a labeled water bottle.
